ams OSRAM's LSP team in Austria is seeking a senior engineer to develop, qualify, release and maintain PDKs for analog/mixed-signal processes, collaborating with foundries and EDA vendors to enable new design capabilities.

You will drive automation and validation frameworks using Python, Tcl and Linux, mentor engineers globally, and contribute to long-term design enablement strategies while communicating in English; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in PDK development, CAD engineering or design enablement.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor processes and IC design flows.
• Experience with foundries and EDA vendors.

• Develop, qualify, release and maintain PDKs for analog and mixed‑signal technologies.
• Advance PDK development methodologies, qualification strategies and design enablement solutions.
• Collaborate with foundries, EDA vendors and technology teams to enable new processes.
• Drive automation, validation and regression frameworks using Python, Tcl and Linux-based environments.
• Define qualification and release strategies across schematic design, simulation, physical verification and extraction.
• Create technical documentation, conduct training and support critical projects and migrations.
