Lever, Inc. in Austria is seeking a Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist to lead paid acquisition and funnel optimization for an international client. This hands-on contractor role focuses on Meta and Google Ads, with potential TikTok advertising in the future.

You will create repeatable systems, test creative concepts, and document processes to support scaling. You will manage campaigns, track performance, and provide data-driven insights to improve ROAS.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on paid advertising experience.
• Experience managing Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Proven experience building high-ticket funnels, ideally for offers in the approximate $1,500–$5,000+ range.
• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel; familiarity with automation and CRM workflows.
• Strong understanding of paid media metrics, tracking, and performance analysis.
• Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, Excel for documentation and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with potential future responsibility for TikTok Ads.
• Monitor performance and optimize audiences, creative, messaging, hooks, budgets, and structures.
• Build and optimize high-ticket funnels in GoHighLevel, including landing pages, forms, checkout flows, and follow-ups.
• Track lead journey and resolve funnel or follow-up issues.
• Maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTM tracking for accurate attribution.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS).
• Develop and test ad copy, headlines, hooks, and short-form video concepts.
• Document SOPs in Notion and ensure repeatable marketing processes.
• Onboard and train future marketing team members as the business scales.
• Collaborate with remote teams and ensure clear communication of priorities.
