This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Paid Ads & Funnel Specialist based in Austria.

This is a hands-on senior marketing role focused on paid acquisition, high-ticket funnels, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization. You will manage and improve Meta and Google Ads campaigns while helping prepare for future TikTok advertising initiatives. The role combines performance marketing with funnel strategy, analytics, creative testing, and process documentation. You will work independently, using campaign data to identify opportunities, solve performance issues, and improve conversion outcomes. You will also build repeatable systems and SOPs that can support future team growth. This is a long-term independent contractor opportunity with potential to expand into broader marketing and leadership responsibilities.

Accountabilities

• Manage and continuously optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns, with potential future responsibility for TikTok Ads.

• Monitor campaign performance and use data to optimize audiences, creative, messaging, hooks, budgets, and campaign structures.

• Build and optimize high-ticket marketing funnels in GoHighLevel, including landing pages, application forms, checkout flows, and follow-up sequences.

• Monitor the complete lead journey from initial ad interaction through conversion, identifying and resolving funnel or follow-up issues.

• Maintain and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Analytics 4, and UTM tracking to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.

• Track key performance indicators such as cost per lead, cost per sale, conversion rates, and ROAS, and prepare clear weekly performance reports.

• Develop and test ad copy, headlines, hooks, short-form video scripts, UGC-style concepts, and other creative approaches.

• Conduct ongoing creative and messaging tests and use performance data to guide future campaign decisions.

• Create structured, step-by-step SOPs in Notion covering advertising, funnels, tracking, and recurring marketing processes.

• Keep marketing systems organized and repeatable while communicating campaign performance, issues, priorities, and next steps clearly.

• Support the onboarding and training of future marketing team members as the business expands.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on paid advertising experience, with demonstrated experience managing performance-driven campaigns.

• Advanced practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and solid hands-on experience with Google Ads.

• Proven experience building and optimizing high-ticket funnels, ideally for offers in the approximate $1,500–$5,000+ range.

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel and familiarity with marketing automation and CRM workflows.

• Strong understanding of paid media metrics, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, and performance analysis.

• Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and UTM tracking.

• Strong written English for ad copy, reporting, SOP creation, and professional client communication.

• Familiarity with short-form video, UGC-style creative, creative testing, and hook development.

• Familiarity with Meta's Special Ad Category requirements, particularly for financial-services advertising.

• Experience with Notion, Slack, Google Sheets, Excel, or comparable tools for documentation, communication, and reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make independent, data-informed decisions.

• Ability to take ownership of marketing systems and operate effectively with limited supervision.

• Ability to document processes clearly and support the training of other team members.

• Bonus experience includes TikTok Ads, finance or coaching businesses, high-ticket service businesses, or marketing-team leadership.

• Professional English communication skills and availability to work the agreed schedule aligned with 9:00 AM–2:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday.
