VF Corporation, home to the icebreaker brand, is seeking a Global Product Developer in Stabio, Switzerland. You will drive execution of icebreaker products from concept to finished goods, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, sourcing capabilities and quality standards.

You will collaborate across design, merchandising, materials, and external suppliers, managing timelines, PLM data and cost models to deliver production-ready products that meet financial targets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in product development and technical roles within apparel
• Strong understanding of garment construction and technical specifications
• Ability to translate concepts into production-ready tech packs and cost models

Aufgaben

• Translate concepts into technical specifications and production strategies
• Prepare comprehensive product tech packs with specs, materials, sizing and QC protocols
• Collaborate across Design, Merchandising, Sourcing and Quality Control
• Manage seasonal and non-seasonal projects with timelines and agile methods
• Maintain PLM data and ensure timely updates for production timelines and revisions
• Develop cost models to meet GM% targets and negotiate with stakeholders
