Job summary

AT&S, a leading global manufacturer of IC substrates and printed circuit boards, seeks a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to lead governance, program execution, and hands-on deployment of OE across sites. You will partner with site leadership to drive transparency, alignment, and measurable impact on cost, productivity, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Consulting, PM/Program Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven track record in large-scale transformation and cost competitiveness programs.
• 5+ years in senior management or leadership roles within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to Procurement, Finance, and Board-level interactions is a strong plus.
• Applications welcome from Austria, Malaysia or China.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize operational improvement opportunities with site leadership.
• Translate opportunities into initiatives with targets, ownership, and business impact.
• Drive OE projects focused on cost, productivity, quality, lead time, and working capital.
• Challenge execution, remove barriers, and escalate risks where required.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.
• Establish KPIs, reporting standards, and benefit-tracking mechanisms.
• Deliver OE training and coach leaders and teams.
• Share and deploy best practices across AT&S sites.
• Support corporate transformation programs and cross‑functional improvement workshops.
