AT&S, a leading global manufacturer of high-end IC substrates and printed circuit boards, seeks a Senior Operational Excellence Manager to lead governance, program execution and hands-on deployment of operational excellence across sites in Austria, China, Malaysia and beyond.

You will partner with site leadership to ensure transparency, alignment, and measurable impact on cost, productivity, and quality targets. Strong Lean Six Sigma and PMP exposure are advantageous.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Consulting, Program/Project Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven track record in large-scale transformation and cost competitiveness programs.
• Strong exposure to senior leadership; Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is advantageous.
• 5+ years in senior management or leadership roles within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Direct experience with Procurement, Finance, and Board-level interactions is a strong plus.
• We welcome applications from candidates based in Austria, Malaysia or China.
