Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, Consulting, PM/Program Management, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven track record in large-scale transformation and cost competitiveness programs.
• 5+ years in senior management or leadership roles within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to Procurement, Finance, and Board-level interactions is a strong plus.
• Applications welcome from Austria, Malaysia or China.

• Share and deploy best practices across AT&S sites.
• Support corporate transformation programs and cross‑functional improvement workshops.

Your Profile

• Strong exposure to senior leadership; Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification is advantageous.
