Qualifikationen

• PhD in a relevant field as listed.
• Hands-on thin-film deposition for piezoelectric and WBG applications.
• Experience with AlN, SiC, GaN materials and AlScN devices.

Aufgaben

• Develop thin films for piezoelectric and WBG applications.
• Design and execute experiments to optimize nitride thin films.
• Characterize deposited films (dielectric, electrical, ferroelectric).
• Collaborate with design, fabrication, characterization, and process teams.
• Define strategies for material optimization and novel applications.
• Develop IP disclosures where appropriate and contribute to publications.
• Contribute to unit workflows, project acquisition and management.
