Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with thin-film deposition for piezoelectric and wide band gap applications.
• Experience with wide-bandgap materials (AlN, SiC, GaN) and piezoelectric materials (AlScN).
• Strong record of collaboration with internal teams and industrial partners.
