Requirements include 10+ years in industrial production, 5+ years in manufacturing engineering, CNC programming experience, and French language proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• More than 10 years in industrial production environments.
• At least 5 years in manufacturing engineering or a closely related function.
• Hands-on experience with precision machining equipment (lathes, milling centers, grinding systems).
• Proven experience with Lean / continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with production equipment, tooling, and manufacturing-process optimization.
• Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Full professional proficiency in French.

Aufgaben

• Optimize precision machining processes and production workflows.
• Support the design and implementation of new production cells.
• Contribute to Lean and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of production equipment.
• Improve factory layouts and manufacturing flow.
• Develop and validate tooling and fixturing solutions.
• Review and improve machining logic and CNC programming sequences.
• Coordinate technical activities across production and engineering teams.
• Support industrialization and production-performance improvement initiatives.
