You will lead quality initiatives, drive PCRB/change management, MRB and audits, and collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, and customers to meet ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. The role requires an engineering degree and extensive high-tech experience.

Qualifikationen

• Engineering degree in Electronics, Microelectronics or Physics.
• 10 years in a high-tech company with 5 years in a Quality Management role.
• Proven leadership and continuous improvement experience.

Aufgaben

• Drive manufacturing quality ensuring compliance to policies and customer requirements.
• Own PCRB process and change management to safeguard supply chain and benefits.
• Oversee MRB, NCRs, audits and CAPA to protect EM IC FE quality and operations.
• Collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing and customer quality teams to meet standards.
