Octapharma Pharmazeutika Produktionsges.m.b.H. seeks a Group Lead Engineer for Fill & Finish to guide engineering strategy, standards, and escalation of technical issues. You will mentor teams, drive standardization, and ensure safety, quality and budget alignment across global production sites.

The role requires leadership across sites, strong project delivery, and collaboration with corporate and local engineering teams to advance capacity and efficiency while maintaining cGMP compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven track record in managing engineering projects and leading teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication.

Aufgaben

• Represent Global Engineering as Engineering Lead for Fill & Finish activities in local investment projects.
• Collaborate with local Project Lead Engineers to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Define and review design requirements and process flows.
• Plan and develop process units and systems, including layouts and functional flows.
• Coordinate design engineers and equipment suppliers and ensure compliance with cGMP.
