Zusammenfassung

Alstom seeks a Regional Project Director for Light Rail in Vienna. You will lead cross‑functional teams across the business, drive project governance, and ensure alignment with contractual requirements while delivering on time and within budget.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, oversee risk, and coordinate with customers and directors to ensure project success, with a leadership and entrepreneurial mindset for complex environments.

Qualifikationen

• 15 years of project management experience in the railway industry, including at least 5 years leading medium‑critical projects.
• IPMA level A certification or equivalent is desirable.
• Strong skills in risk, opportunity, and cost control; familiarity with railway products and construction management.

Aufgaben

• Drive QCDP and EHS performance for major projects.
• Define project strategies and objectives aligned with contract requirements.
• Lead activities from transfer to close-out, including resource management and team engagement.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and manage variation orders.
• Proactively manage risks and opportunities and report KPIs to senior management.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and external stakeholders.
