Alstom is seeking a Project Configuration and Change Manager on a VIE basis for its site in Vienna, Austria. The role focuses on applying configuration and change management processes within programs, maintaining control, and ensuring adherence to standards in a multinational environment.

Qualifikationen

• Requires Bachelor/Master in Management or Technical fields.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; German would be a plus.
• MS Office, MS Project and Power BI knowledge are desirable.
• Open-minded, motivated and eager to learn.
• Willing to communicate with others and collaborate in an international environment.
• Nice to have an understanding of Configuration & Change Management.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for the application of the CCM process within the program/project.
• Keeps the program/project under CCM control.
• Applies CCM standard procedures and ensures team members do not bypass them.
• Plans, implements and drives CCM process within project or program and represents CCM in project/site meetings.
• Analyses, reviews and provides compliance statements on CCM-related requirements.
• Ensures completeness, correctness, and timely handling of Change Requests from Preparation to Implementation and Closure.
• Measures and reports CCM performance/maturity and derives actions.

Purpose of the role

• Responsible for the application of the Configuration and Change Management process within the program/project
• Keeps the program/project under Configuration and Change Management control
• Applies Configuration and Change standard procedures, instructions, templates etc. and ensures that team members do not bypass them
• Plans, implements and drives CCM process within their project or program and represents CCMin project and site meetings
• Analyses, reviews and provides the compliance statement on CCM-related requirements (customer, partner and internal)
• Ensures completeness, correctness, clarity and timeline of Change Requests in cooperation with the change requestor from Preparation to Approval to Implementation and Closure
• Measures/reports CCM process performance/maturity (Key Performance Indicators) and derivates and manages actions

Missions can evolve according to needsduring the contract.
