Qualifikationen

• Project management certificates are a nice-to-have (eg. PMI, IPMA)

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across markets, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation in line with governance.
• Own project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with government and state lottery client stakeholders at technical and executive levels.
• Provide clear progress reporting to leadership and clients, including risk and issue escalation and milestone tracking.
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans with engineering and operations teams.
• Develop understanding of product and solution requirements to meet client expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of technologies, industry standards, and regulatory developments in gaming.

Senior Project Manager (f/m/d)

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across markets, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation in line with agreed governance frameworks
• Own project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within approved budgets
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with government and state lottery client stakeholders at both technical and executive levels, acting as a trusted point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide clear, structured progress reporting to internal leadership and clients, including risk and issue escalation, milestone tracking, and executive-level status updates
• Translate complex technical requirements into actionable project plans, working closely with engineering and operations teams to define feasible, long-term delivery approaches
• Develop a thorough understanding of product and solution requirements — including deployment environments, performance criteria, integration constraints, and end-user considerations — to ensure delivery outcomes meet client expectations
• Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies, industry standards, and regulatory developments within the lottery and gaming sector to inform sound project decision-making

Requirements:

• Background studies in IT desired
• A minimum of 10 years of professional project management experience
• Experience in the lottery, gaming, or sports betting industries is preferred
