Zusammenfassung

Anton Paar sucht eine erfahrene IT-Projektleiterin/IT-Projektleiter zur Führung nationaler und internationaler IT-Projekte über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg. Sie planen Digitalisierungsinitiativen, arbeiten eng mit Fachbereichen und externen Partnern zusammen und tragen Verantwortung für Scope, Zeitplan, Budget, Risiken sowie Qualität.

Sie bringen 5+ Jahre Führung komplexer IT-Projekte mit, idealerweise in einem internationalen Industrieumfeld, sowie fließendes Deutsch und Englisch.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Projektmanagement
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Führung komplexer IT-Projekte, idealerweise international
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in traditionellen und agilen PM-Ansätzen
• Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
• Starke Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Job Description

Qualifications

• Completed education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field (university degree, university of applied sciences degree, or HTL qualification with relevant professional experience)
• 5+ years of experience leading complex IT projects, ideally in an international industrial environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and experience with both traditional and agile project management approaches
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to interact confidently with a wide range of stakeholders
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market. The minimum gross monthly salary for this position is € 4.500 (based on full-time employment). What truly counts for us are your personality, your skills, and the experience you bring.
