Anton Paar seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead national and international projects from concept to implementation. You will drive digitalization, coordinate multiple departments and external partners, and own budgets, scope, and timelines.

You will shape PM practices, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle in a high-tech, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, ideally international.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, traditional and agile.
• Excellent organizational and structured, solution-oriented working style.
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent German and English, written and spoken.

Job Description

• Independently lead and manage national and international IT projects throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Plan, coordinate, and implement digitalization and transformation initiatives in close collaboration with internal business departments and external partners
• Take overall responsibility for project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality
• Facilitate workshops, align stakeholders, and ensure transparent and effective project communication
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management standards, methodologies, and best practices

Qualifications

• Completed education in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Project Management, or a related field (University of Applied Sciences, university degree, or HTL with relevant professional experience)
• 5+ years of experience managing complex IT projects, ideally within an international industrial environment
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and proven experience with both traditional and agile project management approaches
• Excellent organizational skills combined with a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken

We offer a fair and market-aligned salary based on the collective agreement for employees in the metal trade – adjusted to the regional conditions of the Styrian labor market.
