We are looking for an IT Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in Digital Lending Transformation projects at major European banks or financial institutions, to act as the functional-domain

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years as an IT Business Analyst in Digital Lending Transformation.
• Experience delivering complex IT projects in Financial Services.
• Familiarity with EBA LOM guidelines and translating them into requirements.
• Experience with creditworthiness and affordability assessment in origination context.
• Proficient in using BPMN/UML for process modelling.

Aufgaben

• Own the SME origination domain across lifecycle stages.
• Translate regulation into design: impact on lending systems and testable requirements.
• Co-author reusable assets: reference models, vendor framework and migration playbooks.
• Drive fit-gap analysis and platform assessment.
• Support pre-sales and contribute to client workshops.
