Job summary

Siemens Energy Austria GmbH is seeking a Global Project Procurement Manager to join a strong international procurement team. You will collaborate with Sales, Bid Management, Project Management, Engineering, and other procurement groups to support project objectives from a procurement perspective.

You will lead cross-functional teams in complex energy and hydrogen projects, implement project procurement strategies, and drive commercial performance through cost optimizations and supplier

Qualifications

• A degree in industrial engineering or a related field is required.
• Several years of procurement experience, ideally in project business or interface functions.
• Strong cross-functional teamwork and intercultural collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities within cross-functional, international teams for complex infrastructure projects.
• Develop and implement project-specific procurement strategies from tendering to supplier qualification and awarding.
• Drive cost-out potential and technical improvements in collaboration with Engineering.
• Ensure a global, consistent way of working across all project partners and manage information flow.
