Bybit is seeking a senior internal audit professional to lead planning and execution of audits across its EU operations. You will personally conduct fieldwork, produce deliverables, and manage multiple audit projects end‑to‑end under the Head of Internal Audit (EU).

Required are 7–10 years of audit experience, strong Austrian/EU regulatory knowledge, and certifications (CIA/CISA/CAMS/ICA). Fluency in German and English is essential, with ability to report findings to senior stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10 years of internal audit or risk/control experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto.
• Strong knowledge of Austrian and EU regulatory frameworks.
• Hands‑on audit capability and willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Professional certifications (CIA, CISA, CAMS, ICA, etc.) required.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English for regulators and executives.

Aufgaben

• Plan and execute risk‑based internal audits across finance, operations, compliance, IT, and cybersecurity.
• Develop and maintain the internal audit framework and annual plan for Bybit EU.
• Coordinate with Global IA and co‑sourcing partners to deliver high‑quality audits.
