Zusammenfassung

waterdrop® in Vienna, Austria, seeks a Senior Influencer Relations Manager (m/f/d) to steer the global influencer marketing strategy across paid, seeding, events, and affiliates. You will own the DACH market, manage budgets, and coordinate campaigns that drive profitable growth while ensuring brand consistency.

You will source creators aligned with our global audience, run influencer events, and oversee performance metrics from reach to ROAS in an international, fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years experience in operative, performance-driven influencer marketing, with strong ROI track record.
• Experience building influencer marketing strategies from scratch, global brand experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English.

Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:

As a Senior Influencer Relations Manager (m/f/d) you

• Help shape and execute the global influencer marketing strategy across paid, seeding, event, and affiliate initiatives




• Establish global guidelines, performance benchmarks, and quality standards to ensure brand consistency and operational alignment across all local markets.




• Own and drive influencer marketing strategy across the DACH market, ensuring local relevance while aligning with global brand and business objectives.




• Take ownership of DACH market budgets and coordinate influencer campaigns, ensuring timely execution, guideline compliance and profitable growth within your own markets




• Source and manage creators from macro to micro who align with our brand values and diverse global audience, serving as their main point of contact




• Plan and execute influencer events, activations, and brand experiences




• Oversee campaign execution from creative brief through performance reporting, ensuring assets are delivered on time and on brand




• Review content to ensure alignment with brand tone, messaging, and campaign objectives




• Lead performance tracking, reporting, and insights across reach, revenue, and efficiency metrics for your markets

Your strengths and qualifications:

• You have a minimum of 5 years experience in operative, performance-driven influencer marketing (experience and contacts in DACH market required, experience in additional markets is considered a plus)




• You have proven experience in building influencer marketing strategies from scratch (global brand experience is a plus) with proven ROI




• You have a strong interest in influencer culture, creator ecosystems, and social media platforms




• You have a strong understanding of performance-driven influencer KPIs and performance metrics with a focus on ROI and customer acquisition




• You are proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once




• You are strong communicator who enj




• oys working with creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams and you are comfortable working in an international, fast-paced environment




• You communicate confidently in German and English (additional languages are a plus)

The annual gross salary for this position ranges from EUR 50.000 to EUR 60.000 on a full-time basis (All-in). The final salary will depend on your qualifications and professional experience.

Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
