Zusammenfassung

NovaTaste in Salzburg seeks an experienced HR Controlling professional to lead the group-wide HR controlling, budgeting, forecasting and workforce planning. You will partner with HR and Finance to provide insights and drive performance management, shaping dashboards and executive reporting.

You will build scalable processes, handle personnel cost management, and support transformations including acquisitions, with data-driven analyses and high standards for data quality. Fluent English required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Significant experience in HR Controlling, FP&A, Workforce Planning, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, personnel cost management, and analytics.
• Advanced Excel and BI skills (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, SuccessFactors).
• Hands-on and analytical mindset, with ability to build structures and processes from scratch.
• Experience in a fast-paced, international, and ideally private equity-backed environment.
• Fluent in English.

Aufgaben

• Build and establish HR Controlling across the NovaTaste Group.
• Partner closely with HR and Finance to drive workforce transparency and performance management.
• Provide financial and workforce insights to support strategic business decision-making.
• Lead personnel cost budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning processes.
• Develop HR KPIs, executive dashboards, and management reporting.
• Support organizational transformations, acquisitions, and value creation initiatives through data-driven analyses.
• Continuously improve reporting, analytics, and data quality standards.
