EY is looking for a Mobility Assignment Services Specialist to support international assignments, coordinating activities across the lifecycle and ensuring policy compliance. The role collaborates with Talent, Finance and CBS functions, maintaining GMT data and assisting in vendor performance monitoring.

You will engage with assignees to explain steps, prepare cost estimates, and contribute to process improvements in a global, fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work across time zones

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Mobility, HR operations, or related field.
• Educated to degree level in a related discipline (preferred).
• Work towards higher professional qualification is highly regarded.

Aufgaben

• Manage inbound/outbound assignments, including pre-, on-, repatriation, and post-assignment activities.
• Apply Mobility policies to determine assignment types and relocation packages.
• Coordinate with home/host Mobility teams for smooth execution of assignment processes.
• Prepare, amend and finalize cost estimates.
• Prepare Global Assignments Letters and local contracts where applicable.
• Maintain assignment data in GMT, ensuring updates are timely and accurate.
• Support stakeholders by providing information and guidance on Mobility processes and timelines.
• Monitor vendor service delivery.
• Communicate regularly with assignees to support their understanding of key steps and requirements.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements by sharing observations and suggestions.
