Job summary

Machine Learning Reply Austria is seeking a GenAI Engineer to design and deploy AI-driven solutions for clients, using TensorFlow, PyTorch, and transformers in production environments.

You will work across data processing, cloud infrastructure, and scalable web services, collaborating with a global network of Reply groups. The role offers hybrid work in Vienna, with travel possibilities and a strong emphasis on innovation.

Qualifications

• Completed studies in computer science, mathematics, physics, or comparable.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust.
• Extensive ML/DL framework experience: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Transformers.
• Hands-on with Generative AI models and libraries (GPT, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion).
• Experience delivering production E2E web services; Swagger/OpenAPI; Postman.
• Version control with Git; CI/CD pipelines; cloud: AWS or Azure.
• Agile/Scrum practices; German and English skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze client pain points and propose effective AI-driven solutions.
• Develop, optimize, and deploy state-of-the-art algorithms and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge tech and collaborate with market-leading partners.
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and management to realise business needs.
