Job summary

Fabasoft Group in Linz, Austria is seeking an experienced AI/ML professional to design and implement AI innovations within our corporate environment. You will collaborate with product and project teams to turn ideas into practical solutions and translate research findings into enterprise-ready applications.

We require a degree in AI/Data Science/CS with hands-on AI/ML experience, strong knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation and multi-agent architectures, and comfort working in agile

Qualifications

• Completed degree in AI, Data Science, CS or related field with hands-on AI/ML implementation experience.
• Experience with modern AI technologies and enterprise integration.
• Familiarity with agile development (Scrum, CI/CD) and effective communication in German and English.
