Zusammenfassung

Partner company is seeking a Gameplay & UI Developer to help create engaging, polished experiences for a globally successful mobile game. You will contribute to client-facing features with a strong focus on UI, animation, visual polish, and core gameplay improvements.

Ownership over ideas from design through testing and refinement will be yours in a small, senior, multidisciplinary team. You will also develop new meta features and enhance existing systems based on player feedback and performance

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of professional C# and Unity experience.
• Proven track record of developing and shipping mobile games.
• Strong understanding of gameplay development and the casual mobile gaming market.
• Excellent written and verbal English; strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Develop client-facing gameplay features with a strong focus on UI, animations, visual polish, and user experience.
• Design and implement core gameplay improvements that enhance engagement and playability.
• Develop new meta features and systems that expand the game's experience.
• Enhance, maintain, and refine existing gameplay and technical systems.
• Bring innovative ideas and creative approaches to gameplay features while adapting them to the game's established experience.
• Contribute to game design decisions and help translate concepts into polished, playable experiences.
• Participate in testing, iteration, and refinement based on player feedback and team insights.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, artists, and other specialists in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges while maintaining strong performance and optimization.
• Take ownership of projects and features according to your individual strengths and areas of expertise.
