Kapsch TrafficCom is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer in Vienna to design, develop, and test embedded V2X and GNSS software. You will translate customer requirements into scalable platform capabilities and contribute to robust system design.

We expect 5+ years in embedded software with expert C/C++ skills, Linux experience, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and Docker. German language skills are a plus, English required, and a market-competitive salary is offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 5+ years of professional embedded software development experience.
• Expert-level C and C++ programming skills.
• Experience with Linux-based applications and automated testing.
• Familiarity with V2X, GNSS, TCP/IP, 3G/4G, and related interfaces is desirable.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, Docker is advantageous.
