OpenText in Austria seeks a Lead Consultant for ECM solutions to guide complex digital transformations using Content Management and AI-powered tools. You will partner with Delivery, Pre-Sales, Sales, and Client Success teams, mentoring consultants while staying hands-on in design, integration, and deployment across cloud and hybrid environments.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability to lead complex client engagements and consulting teams.
• Track record of designing and delivering Enterprise Content Management solutions.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Java, JavaScript, Python, SQL, REST APIs, XML, JSON and integrations.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot enterprise software in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, automation, and prompt engineering.
• Workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication.
• Fluency in German and English.

YOUR IMPACT

As a Lead Consultant (ECM Solutions), you will lead enterprise clients through complex digital transformation initiatives using OpenText Content Management, Extended ECM, AI-powered solutions, and cloud technologies. You will act as a trusted advisor from discovery and solution design through implementation and adoption, partnering closely with Delivery, Pre-Sales, Sales, and Client Success teams. You'll also play a key role in mentoring consultants while staying hands-on in the design, customization, integration, and deployment of enterprise solutions.

• Hands-on experience with AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, AI agents, automation, and prompt engineering
• Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills in client-facing environment
• Professional fluency in German and English
