Job summary

Arineo Group is looking for a Senior Consultant to shape and deliver modern Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions in Austria, including process design, configuration, and implementation oversight.

You will collaborate with consultants, developers, and solution architects, facilitate client workshops, and take technical responsibility for subprojects; travel about 20% is expected as projects require.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a functional consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, focused on customer service.
• Strong understanding of customer service processes: case mgmt, SLAs, queues, knowledge mgmt, routing.
• Proven ability to customize Dynamics 365 CE functionally, with Dataverse, Flows, security models.
• Experience facilitating workshops, gathering requirements, and presenting designs to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design customer service processes and develop viable target scenarios for clients.
• Translate business requirements into functional Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions and configurations.
• Provide technical leadership, structure workshops, and drive decisions across projects.
