Zusammenfassung

Sonova Group is seeking a Senior Digital Platforms Operations Manager to ensure the reliable day-to-day operation, governance and continuous improvement of Sonova’s web and ecommerce platforms across Phonak, Unitron and Hansaton. You will drive CM/DAM/CRM/ERP integrations and collaborate with Marketing, IT, UX/UI, Analytics and external partners to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

You’ll own operational performance, coordinate releases, manage budgets and lead vendor relationships,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with CMS, DAM, CRM and ERP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of APIs and data flows.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience managing complex programs and external vendors.

Aufgaben

• Own the operational performance, availability, reliability and incident management of web and eCommerce platforms.
• Lead major incident management, resilience and business continuity activities.
• Coordinate website and eCommerce releases, product launches and feature deployments.
• Translate business needs into clear roadmaps and backlogs across Sonova brands.
• Establish standards for deployment, testing, accessibility, security, GDPR/privacy and branding.
• Oversee integrations and data flows between CMS, DAM, CRM and ERP systems.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement using analytics and SEO/A/B testing.
• Act as key contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Manage agencies, contracts, budgets and operational plans.
• Enable brand teams through playbooks, training and best practices.
