Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or equivalent in a technical field (Electrical Engineering, Physics, Acoustics, or Biomedical Engineering).
• At least 5 years in engineering, acoustics, or R&D roles.
• Proven leadership experience leading projects or teams.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in English.

• Lead and develop a team of sound quality engineers, fostering collaboration and continuous development.
• Lead sound quality activities for Sonova hearing solutions, ensuring end-user benefits.
• Translate roadmaps into clear priorities and actionable objectives for the team.
