Wienerberger is seeking a Team Lead and Product Owner for its Experience & E-Commerce Platform to guide digital experiences and platform roadmaps. You will lead technical teams, coordinate with partners, and ensure scalable, secure customer-facing applications in a multinational setting.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, collaboration, and driving AI-enabled solutions to enhance the platform's capabilities and performance.

Qualifikationen

• Completed education in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital platforms, software delivery, or similar technical roles, including leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of software development processes, architecture, web technologies, APIs, and integrations.
• Proven experience with Digital Experience Platforms and E-Commerce solutions such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), or similar technologies.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate technical teams responsible for digital experience, e-commerce platforms, integrations, and related services.
• Act as Product Owner for the E-Commerce platform and support the delivery and continuous improvement of digital solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical priorities, delivery plans, and platform roadmaps.
• Coordinate development activities across teams, platforms, and external partners.
• Ensure customer-facing applications meet high standards in performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Support agile ways of working, release management, process improvements, and modern development practices.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and technical challenges while ensuring successful delivery.
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies, API-based solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.
