Zusammenfassung

DigiTech Search is seeking an experienced Digital Lending Business Analyst to drive SME lending transformation initiatives in Austria. You will blend IT analysis with lending domain knowledge to translate business and regulatory needs into practical technology solutions across the full lending lifecycle.

You’ll gather requirements, lead capability assessments, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support testing and deployments. Strong knowledge of EBA guidelines is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years as IT Business Analyst in digital lending transformations.
• Experience delivering complex technology projects in banking/fintech.
• Strong knowledge of SME/commercial lending origination and regulatory guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Act as SME for SME and commercial lending origination.
• Assess regulatory impacts and translate into requirements and controls.
• Document functional and technical requirements via BRDs, user stories, use cases.
• Lead fit-gap analyses of lending origination platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, architects, testers, and PMs.
• Support functional testing and coordinate UAT.
• Develop reusable lending assets (models, integration patterns, migration playbooks).
• Contribute lending expertise to proposals, presentations, and client workshops.
