You will own the delivery work for one flagship Austrian customer, translating business needs into a configured, live Oper platform and expanding to a broader portfolio of German-speaking lenders.

Qualifikationen

• 2 to 3 years of consulting experience.
• Fluent German and English.
• Love structuring problems and translating conversations into documents, frameworks, and next steps.
• AI-native mindset with comfort in SaaS environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery workshops with DACH stakeholders and capture clear requirements.
• Map customer needs to Oper products: identify out-of-the-box vs configurable vs engineering needs.
• Define integration points and document data flows with core banking systems and CRMs.
• Configure workflows and customer journeys inside the Oper platform and validate against scope.
• Lead training sessions for end users and hand over to Customer Success after go-live.
