SBG Associates in Vienna is seeking two IT Business Analysts to join a major digital lending transformation in the banking sector. You will gather and document requirements, translate needs into user stories, and collaborate with stakeholders, tech teams, and QA to deliver end-to-end solutions.

The role requires 4–5 years of BA experience in digital lending, a degree in CS/IT or related field, and hands-on practice with BPMN/UML, JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.

Qualifikationen

• 4–5 years of IT Business Analyst experience in digital lending transformations.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline.
• Experience with major banks or lending organisations.
• Proven track record delivering complex technology projects in financial services.

Aufgaben

• Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for lending products and systems.
• Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, use cases, and process docs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, tech teams, PMs, and testing to ensure delivery.
• Support solution design and align business objectives with implementation.
• Coordinate UAT and functional testing activities.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and support timely resolutions.
• Assess regulatory impacts on lending platforms and processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of lending operations and digital experiences.
