Job summary

Zühlke is seeking an Advanced Data Engineer to design, implement, and maintain data pipelines that deliver actionable insights. You’ll collaborate with architects, software engineers, and data scientists to build scalable data products for diverse customers.

The role requires hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Databricks, Spark, and modern data architectures. German and English fluency are expected, with opportunities to work across multiple offices and industries.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or comparable education.
• 3+ years in data or software engineering roles.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining data products for data consumers.
• Knowledge of data analysis, data visualization, and data science basics.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines and data products.
• Collaborate with Architects, Software Engineers, and Data Scientists.
• Explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deliver projects in Agile fashion and iterate to create value from data.
