Placements24 is seeking a Senior Analyst in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence to transform raw data into actionable insights in a hybrid work setting. You will design dashboards, perform deep data analysis, and guide stakeholders with data-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates have extensive BI experience, strong SQL, and proficiency in R or Python. You will mentor junior analysts and contribute to client projects across diverse datasets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, CS, Economics or related quantitative field.
• 4–6 years in data analytics, BI, or related role.
• Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Qlik Sense).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Design data models and data mining techniques to extract insights.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to translate requirements into solutions.
