HighCoordination GmbH is seeking a Junior BI Consultant Data & Cloud to join our Swiss hybrid team. You will design and implement modern data warehouse solutions, tackle cloud challenges, and help clients unlock insights from diverse data sources.

Ideal candidates combine BI and data management skills with strong communication in German and English, a willingness to relocate to Switzerland, and a drive to learn across Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Information Systems or similar field with BI/data focus.
• Initial experience in BI or data management and with MS technologies like Power BI and SQL Server.
• Desirable exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and tools (DBT, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Willingness to travel and relocate to Switzerland; good German and English (C1).

Aufgaben

• Collaborate on data warehouse design and implementation across sources.
• Contribute to cloud and data platform solutions for clients.
• Support presales, client consulting, and proposal preparation.
• Work with international clients and local companies on BI projects.
• Develop clear, client-facing explanations of complex data topics.
