Job summary

ABB’s Machine Automation division seeks a Business & Data Analytics Project Specialist to bridge business, data and technology. You will translate stakeholder needs into KPIs, manage projects end-to-end, and shape reporting solutions across ABB.

You will work onsite with 10 home office days per month, collaborating with senior stakeholders and technical experts to drive measurable impact in a global, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in business analytics, project management or related field.
• Studies in Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, Engineering or Information Systems; practical experience welcome.
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at different levels, including senior management.
• Analytical thinker with a strategic mindset and ability to turn complex questions into clear priorities.
• Experience with Power BI, SAP or other data/reporting tools; familiarity with Snowflake or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand needs, structure requests and translate into clear priorities, KPIs and requirements.
• Analyze organizational structures and develop practical improvement solutions with the business.
• Manage projects from concept through implementation, with objectives, milestones and governance.
• Act as a sparring partner for stakeholders, combining business understanding with analytical thinking.
