Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, economics, or business; Master’s degree preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience in lead generation analytics, CRM performance, or customer analytics in luxury real estate, hospitality, or private client sectors.
• Expertise in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead scoring models.
• Experience sourcing, integrating, and enriching datasets with external sources (Knight Frank, Wealth-X, Savills) and demographic/investment data.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement customer segmentation, profiling, and journey mapping frameworks.
• Analyze guest journeys and engagement patterns to identify loyalty opportunities.
• Develop models for value, retention, churn prediction and behavioral clustering.
• Design and lead Aman’s data-driven lead generation and scoring strategy.
• Identify prospect segments through data modeling and behavioral analysis.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track lead quality, pipeline progression, and conversion performance.
• Oversee enrichment of internal CRM data with external data sources.
• Partner with Marketing to align campaign efforts with goals.
• Develop standardized reporting frameworks for lead generation and conversion performance.
• Lead and mentor analysts supporting lead analytics and ensure accuracy.
