BAT in Vienna is seeking a Digital & CRM Specialist to join the Consumer Experience team. You will manage CRM activities, segmentation, content creation, and marketing automation across brands, coordinating with agencies for successful delivery.

You should have a Master degree (or equivalent), 2–3 years in digital marketing, and experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot, plus German and English proficiency. Up to 40% remote work, competitive salary, growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• University degree, ideally Master.
• 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing roles, FMCG a plus.
• Experience handling day-to-day CRM activities; Salesforce/HubSpot is a plus.
• German & English language proficiency required.
