Qualifikationen

Extensive experience in customer engagement and relationship management at the CXO level.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams on complex projects in consulting, corporate, or public sectors.
Strong financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins.

Contribute to profitable growth; drive signings and revenue targets while managing margins and backlog.
Lead CXO-level customer interactions and consulting initiatives across engagements.
Undertake scoping and fee negotiations while ensuring profitability and risk control.
Build and position strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts across the C-suite.
Foster talent development and innovation to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
