Zusammenfassung

ADB SAFEGATE invites applications for the role of Technical Bid Manager in Graz, Austria. You will lead end-to-end bid activities, assemble commercial and technical offers, and coordinate cross-functional teams for complex ATC solutions at international airports.

The role requires strong project management experience, aviation knowledge, and fluent English. On-site with flexible home-office options, you’ll contribute to global aviation projects and bid success.

Qualifikationen

5+ years in bid management and/or technical project management in complex environments.
Solid knowledge of aviation and ATC.
Proficient handling of MS Office and knowledge of IT systems/network technology.
Strong communication skills and structured working method.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

End-to-End Bid Leadership: autonomously create full commercial offers including technical docs for small/medium offers.
Act as internal focal point for technical and operational experts during pre-sales/offer phase.
Coordinate 3rd party suppliers during the offer phase.
Participate in customer visits including product demonstrations, site surveys, workshops and bid negotiations.
