ADB SAFEGATE in Austria is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Air Traffic Control software to lead complex programs at international airports. You will define plans with stakeholders and ensure delivery within safety-critical standards.

The role emphasizes strong client relationships, budget control, and proactive risk management, with opportunities to work from home part-time and contribute to sustainability goals.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in software delivery for safety-critical applications.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of air traffic control systems and airport operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

• Facilitate collaboration between third-party vendors, regional teams, and internal departments.
• Support the sales team during pre-sales, including quotations and managing change requests.

Support our team as an expert in Project Management for Air Traffic Control (ATC) solutions at international airports. Be part of this challenge and join our team to work on the following tasks:

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage complex software projects in Air Traffic Control, ensuring customer requirements and industry standards are met
• Develop project plans with all key stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English & German, both spoken and written

As required by Austrian law, we are obligated to state this minimum salary. The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is EUR 4,611.00 gross per month (14 times per year). Depending on the respective experience level and personal profile, we offer an attractive overpayment.
