Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in software delivery for safety-critical applications.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• PM certifications (PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of air traffic control systems and airport operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Manage complex software projects in Air Traffic Control, ensuring customer requirements and industry standards are met.
• Develop project plans with all key stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships while managing client expectations.
• Lead budget planning, forecasting, and financial controlling activities to ensure projects are delivered within agreed financial parameters.
• Monitor project financial performance, proactively manage costs, and report on budget status to stakeholders.
• Ensure quality control using appropriate systems and tools.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and maintain updated project documentation.
• Facilitate collaboration between third-party vendors, regional teams, and internal departments.
• Support the sales team during pre-sales, including quotations and managing change requests.
