Flinn.ai in Vienna or Berlin is seeking a Business Intelligence & Automation owner with a strong business- and ownership-driven mindset. You own our entire BI stack and our internal automations end to end, partnering with Product, CS, Sales and Finance to turn business questions into trustworthy answers and to build the automations that keep the company running.

This role invites end-to-end ownership of core BI processes, data quality, and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in analytics, BI, or analytics engineering with end-to-end reporting ownership.
• Strong business sense and ability to translate questions into data-driven answers.
• Experience with automation tools and SaaS-scale data environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Aufgaben

• Own the entire BI stack from data pipelines to data warehouse and transformations.
• Build internal automations (n8n, Make, scripting, AI) to remove manual work.
• Collaborate with Product, CS, Sales and Finance to anticipate needs and deliver trusted insights.
• Define BI roadmap, governance, and ensure data quality for reporting.
• Implement product event tracking and QA naming standards to measure feature adoption.
