Zusammenfassung

Flinn is seeking a Business Intelligence & Automation owner to join our team in Vienna or Berlin. You own the entire BI stack and internal automations end to end, partnering with Product, CS, Sales and Finance to turn business questions into trustworthy answers.

You will drive architecture decisions for pipelines, data warehouse, dbt transformations (Omni, BigQuery, Fivetran), build automations with n8n/Make, and define the BI Roadmap.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on analytics/BI experience, ideally in a SaaS scale-up.
• Proven ability to own reporting/data end-to-end, not just parts of a team.
• Strong SQL and dbt skills with a modern warehouse mindset.

Aufgaben

• Own the entire BI infrastructure and drive architecture decisions (pipelines, data warehouse, dbt transformations).
• Collaborate with Product, CS, Sales and Finance to anticipate needs and provide trustworthy answers.
• Own product event tracking and set naming standards for measurement of feature adoption.
• Build data transformations using dbt and define the BI Roadmap.
• Surface insights and empower the go-to-market team with data-driven guidance.
• Safeguard data quality behind financial reporting and maintain a single source of truth for ARR in HubSpot.
• Build internal automations (n8n, Make, scripting, AI) to remove manual work and enable AI co-workers.
• Run BI as a practice with clear requests, prioritisation, and enablement.
