Job summary

Flinn.ai is redefining how medical device manufacturers build safer, AI-native products. We seek a Product Engineer who cares about the why behind a feature, with a strong product mindset and a passion for AI.

You’ll own end-to-end features, work across the stack, and help scale our platform with autonomy and ownership. You will collaborate with product and senior engineers to deliver AI-powered capabilities, grow with the team, and shape the product strategy in a fast-growing European startup.

Qualifications

• Strong product mindset focused on users and outcomes.
• Professional experience building and shipping production web applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling or AI-powered features.
• Backend experience (Node.js) and frontend experience (React).
• Good understanding of relational and non-relational databases.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where not everything is defined yet.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end—from user need to design, to shipping and iteration in production.
• Collaborate with product and senior engineers across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Work hands-on across the full stack: frontend (React), backend (Node.js) and databases.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and engineering standards while growing ownership.
