Job summary

efsta IT Services GmbH seeks a Senior Business Development Manager for E-Invoicing to drive international expansion and strategic growth. You will lead and coordinate e-invoicing initiatives with C-level stakeholders and closely collaborate with Product Management to convert regulatory needs into market-ready value propositions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales of e-invoicing or ERP products.
• Experience in software, tax tech, ERP, or e-invoicing.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements (Factur-X).
• Strong customer focus, communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the e-invoicing strategy with C-level management.
• Identify market opportunities in e-invoicing and digital document processes.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate regulatory/technical requirements into value propositions.
• Manage and report on sales and marketing projects, incorporating customer feedback.
• Create sales content (presentations, analyses, white papers, webinars, success stories).
• Represent the company at trade shows and conferences; host webinars, demos, workshops.
• Provide coaching to BDMs on strategy and sales in e-invoicing.
• Contribute to strategic client acquisition, tenders, and major projects.
