This role combines frontline engineering leadership with close interaction to customers and internal design teams. Requirements include a technical degree (BSc/MSc) in materials science or mechanical engineering, 5+ years in

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in the automotive industry.
• Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with customers during RFQ phases.
• Proficiency with CAD software CATIA and Siemens NX.

• Proactively anticipate customer expectations and formulate compelling technical responses.
• Act as the technical eyes and ears; report needs to Regional Technical Director.
• Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders during RFQ phases.
